Her aim is communication and interaction to reach the goals of her clients. Having studied law in Groningen gives her an academic background which provided her with an analytical mind. Being perceptive and result driven, she has excellent communication and social skills. Her attitude is proactive and she likes to think ahead of her client's needs.
She loves translating difficult processes or stories into one everybody understands. Her parents are French and Swedish and feel at home in an international environment. In 2015, out of 1.000 Manpower employees, she was chosen, together with 12 others, to become a Gold Member for her exceptional contribution in the field of recruitment. At Manpower her professional expertise has been twofold: recruiting and advice.
She recruited all kinds of applicants for a wide range of organisations: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of State. At the local level she worked for the municipalities of Amsterdam and Leiden. Furthermore she worked for Aegon, Mattel, Monsanto, Enel, RBS, Le Creuset and Jimmy Choo. Besides recruiting she also advised clients like AEGON and PostNL on human resources management issues.
